Dotun Donald Adegbesan is a man who has always walked with vision — from the roads of his village in Nigeria where he first earned the title Otumba, to the boardrooms of Ireland where he now leads multiple organisations rooted in purpose and transformation.

His journey began in the early 2000s when he trained as a chartered accountant, driven not just by numbers, but by a desire to bring clarity and confidence to people’s financial lives. After moving to Ireland in 2006, Dotun quickly saw the gaps that existed — in healthcare, in education, in access — and decided to build bridges where there were none.

By 2009, he founded T-DottedLine Accountants, a firm that would go on to support hundreds of small businesses, professionals, and startups with financial guidance rooted in integrity and strategy. Two years later, in 2011, he launched Rekindle Talents, a social enterprise aimed at helping overlooked and underrepresented individuals access funding, mentorship, and the tools to unlock their potential.

Dotun’s passion for saving lives and improving systems led him to establish Dottedline Healthcare Services Ltd in 2014 — a company providing CPR/AED training and vital medical equipment across Ireland. What began as a small training initiative has since grown into a trusted name in health and safety.
